Hi there,

We are Debbi and Dave, from the North East of England.  We have always dreamed of living a more adventurous life, of slowing down, reconnecting with our values and create something meaningful and after losing both our parents, we decided life was for living and in January 2023 we decided to start looking for a property in France and start a new chapter.  Although we originally did not look for a Chateau, we knew that we wanted a property that we could hold events and retreats and build a place of inspiration and community.  After looking over 10 properties, a getting gazumped on the 10^th property, we were offered Chateau Chomet and instantly fell in love.  Although being empty for over 7 years, and in need of a lot of updating and renovating, we could see the charm of ages gone by.  She is a beautiful building that needed to be brought back to life through love and care.

In December 2023, we moved to France, and as soon as we opened the big Chateau doors, it felt like we were coming home.  We want to bring life and beauty back to this lost Chateau and share the inspiration and experience of this beautiful area.

We feel so privileged to become part of the Chateau’s history and we hope you can join our adventure and enjoy Chateau Chomet with us
